Mars’s Dove Chocolate Discoveries brand declared September 22, 2011, National ‘Girls Night In.’ The aim of the social initiative is to encourage girlfriends in the USA to gather together and enjoy good food having fun.

«Our Chocolatiers – the Dove Chocolate Discoveries sales force — are experts at throwing the ultimate girlfriend get-togethers,» said Betty Palm, President, Dove Chocolate Discoveries. «Over the years, the Chocolatiers have shared so many wonderful tips on how to bring women together over chocolate that we no longer wanted to keep them to ourselves.»

The brand’s team has compiled their top tips for better girlfriend’s parties and suggested its fans to try to mix old and new friends at the party, so different people can get to know each other. Of course, the party should be ‘delicious’, so Dove Chocolate Discoveries offers recipes for Gingerbread Cupcakes with Coconut Pecan Frosting, Easy S’mores Squares or their new ready-to-eat Choco-Carmel Crunch. The drink range on offer include a chocolate martini, peanut butter chocolate chip smoothie, white chocolate raspberry daiquiri or new white chocolate pear flavored cider.
