Ferrero Spends £5 Million On Christmas Advertising

Ferrero is totally ready for Christmas in UK. The famous chocolate brand has launched a £5 (approx. $8.4) million 360° advertising campaign to remind the consumers of its products and make the holidays sweeter. For three festive months, staring with October, the brand is promoting its iconic products including Ferrero Collection, Ferrero Rondnoir and Raffaello by Ferrero. The number of buyers is expected to grow up to over 16 million.

The huge advertising TV-campaign was launched nationally on 28th October with Ferrero products positioned as ‘Food of the Gods‘. The brand wants to make its sweets to be not only a delicious every-day dessert, but an exquisite treat good enough to become a gorgeous gift.

The campaign will soon outgrow the TV area and head straight to UK’s busiest shopping locations for the Christmas season. There the consumers will see a 15-meters high Ferrero Rocher Christmas tree, made from 2,500 suspended golden baubles and have a chance to get one of the 60,000 goodie bags with samples of the full Ferrero boxed range.

The 360° campaign tells people that Christmas is real only with good chocolate, and the best chocolate is produced by Ferrero.
