The Italian coffee brand is rolling out an awesome initiative that revolves around inspiration. The project comes as film that includes a series of interviews with representatives of various creative fields who share their views on what creativity means to them and what inspires it.
The short videos are captured by global multidisciplinary cultural organization Liberatum. For the project, they have tapped a pool of influencers from various fields including art, fashion, film, design, technology and music. These cultural figures are Diana Picasso, Hans Zimmer, Inez van Lamsweerde, Vinoodh Matadin, James Franco, Joan Smalls, Johan Lindeberg, Jonas Mekas, Hans Ulrich Obrist, Karen Elson, Karim Rashid, Klaus Biesenbach, Lee Daniels, Lola Montes Schnabel, Marilyn Minter, Mark Romanek, Tracey Emin, Moby, Paul Schrader, and Richard Saul Wurman.
The 11-minute “Inspiring Creativity” film arrived on May 13, delivering “an insider’s perspective on inspiration from the minds of well-known creative personalities.” With this documentary, illy highlights its longstanding commitment to creativity and visual arts that drives the brand’s initiatives such as the art collection of cups and cans, gallery projects, art awards and more.
