Intel and Vice Collaborated on a Global Creative Project

Two weeks ago, Intel and Vice, the international technology company and the media agency, launched a new network, called the Creators Project, which will engage new artists from most popular areas and help them promote their works in this harsh world. The campaign, which is also reminding of the brands in this great way, will last for several years and will be kicked off in a number of countries on various media-platforms.

As for now, the brands have launched a website featuring video-interviews with Richie Hawtin, Diplo and Phoenix as well as innovators in art, design, film and architecture. In general, they will submit 45 videos with creators from around the world. Under the project, Intel and Vice will roll-out a series of exhibitions and performances in different urban centers all round the globe this summer and over next years.

According to the description on the site, “it is also a content creation studio, an arts foundation of sorts that will facilitate the production and dissemination of new work with these artists and their collaborators”.

The Creators Events project will be launched off-line this June in New York City. There will be unveiled a collection of artworks and installations, and the visitors will have an opportunity to attend screenings, a panel discussion and a great deal of performances. Then, the movement will come to the cities of London, Sao Paulo, and Seoul. The final phase of the project (this year) will be marked by a 3-day Creators exposition in Beijing in September.

Vice founder Shane Smith comments, “It is the most ambitious experiential thing we’ve done so far. We had this idea before we even talked to Intel. We would dream about the coolest thing we could do if we didn’t have any resource constraints, and I have to say, this comes close to it.
