The McDonald’s fast food chain made a cute to all Russian athletes at Olympic Winter Games by creating a “matryoshka” box. The idea of traditional Russian dolls, which decrease in size and are placed one inside the other, inspired the Cossette Advertising Agency, and the group designed the Mac version of the popular set.
The Russia House at Olympic Winter Games in Vancouver was opened right in front of the flagship McDonald’s outlet and new Big Mac boxes were sent to welcome the athletes. The gist was inside the last and the tiniest box — it was a coupon for free food written in Russian.
