Nespresso is demonstrating its love for cuisine by its involvement in Madrid Fusión 2010 gastronomy festival (January 26-28) which is a great trade fair for professionals of the culinary world. The chefs for round the globe come to the event and share their experience with the colleagues. Nespresso has invited top chefs to sample Nespresso Grand Cru coffees and match them to an array of delicacies, from sweet to savoury.
Nespresso has selected chefs, with Ferran Adrià and Martín Berasategui among them, who are going to conduct Grand Cru Gourment demonstrations in Nespresso Atelier de Création, which will be open throughout the three days of the Madrid Fusión conference. The culinary experts selected by the brand chose a Grand Cru to adapt and interpret according to his or her particular vision of introducing the product into the culinary creativity.
Before starting to elaborate the recipes, they attended Nespresso Chefs academy courses at the new Nespresso production facility in Avenches, Switzerland, to get a deeper insight into the world of the brand and its Grand Cru line.
