Stella Artois Introduces ‘Triple Train’—Latest TV Spot in Stella Artois 4 Campaign

Today, February 15, Stella Artois introduced the latest episode in the campaign for its premium 4% triple-filtered smooth lager produced by Mother London Agency. The whole series of video ads takes the viewer back into the 60’s to the sun-lit French Riviera and sees the title characters—attractive young men played by different actors—going through a number of changes in one episode, to eventually make an outstanding appearance in the eyes of a lady and order a glass of Stella Artois 4.

The latest episode is dubbed ‘Triple Train’. In course of this video, a casually-dressed young man spots a beautiful brunette jumping into a departing train and immediately follows her through the train carriages. On his way he undergoes triple transformation by exchanging clothes with bystanders (a ticket controller in the 3rd-class carriage, moustachioed waiter in the 2nd class, and eventually—a well-groomed gentleman in the 1st class carriage where he finally meets the young lady). So, looking his best, he approaches a bartender and orders a glass of Stella Artois 4.

James Watson, Stella Artois Western Europe marketing director commented on the latest episode: “This latest instalment of our triple filtered, smooth escapades campaign is the fourth in the series and probably our best yet. Consumers love it, we’ll be supporting it big, and we really believe it will help drive brand preference and the continued success of Stella Artois 4% across both the on and off trade.”

The new campaign will be launched on TV where as photo materials will be used for outdoor, VOD, cinema and press advertising.

Below are several tongue-in-cheeck video spots for Stella Artois 4 produced earlier.
