Stoli Searching for the Most Original Britains

Stolichnaya Vodka UK announced a casting call to find four original, unique and creative individuals to appear in Stoli’s short film about a day in the lives of original people.

The short film called 24:4 will be directed by the BAFTA award-winning filmmaker Martin Smith. Any individuals aged 25 or over can participate by submitting one 60-second video about what makes him or her person individual, via Stoli Facebook page. If passed moderation, the video will be published on the Stoli UK Facebook page for public votes and the finally selected four entries will appear in the film and enjoy a trip to Los Angeles ‘to party like a star’. Entries are accepted till November 24, and the winners to be announced on November 29.

Within the Stoli Originals, a competition for the most original and creative bartenders is also launched.  Bartenders also have to upload a video clip of them onto Facebook highlighting what makes them original. The deadlines are the same. The winner will go to LA to party on February 25, 2012.

The winning bartender will be selected from the top videos as voted for by consumers by a panel of judges including internationally acclaimed bar trainer Wayne Collins.

Stoli Originals also seeks for the most original Australians.

Until September 28, everybody can win a pair of tickets for The Warehouse Project courtesy of Stolichnaya Vodka in Manchester on October 1.

Currently, Stella Artois also runs its 15th annual World Draught Masters competition, an annual initiative that recognizes beer connoisseurs’ mastery of the Stella Artois 9-Step Pouring Ritual.  On October 7, U.S. finalists from across the country will meet in Washington, D.C. at the celebrated National Building Museum to compete for the chance to move on to the global finals in Buenos Aires.

Till September 30, seven U.S. cities—Miami, Las Vegas, Phoenix, Boston, Denver, New York and Washington, D.C.—are running live competitions in which beer fans are trained in the 9-Step Pouring Ritual, and then showcase their command of the process to win. Other U.S. beer enthusiast outside those cities can still participate via the virtual pour competition on the Stella Artois Facebook Page.
