Twitter Covers New York Fashion Week on Its New Microsite

To provide its users with the latest news on what’s going on at New York Fashion Week (September 9-16), Twitter launched a microsite, which aggregates the event-related and industry news from a number of channels including @americanexpress, @BumbleandBumble, @Smashboxartists, @AskBobbiBrown, @WomensWearDaily, @Modelinia, @Bergdorfs and many more as well as images and users’ tweets with #nyfw tag.

The website provides hottest comments on what’s happening right now on the catwalks and backstage. Twitter also opened a dedicated @nyfw channel, which gathers tweets with comments and links on related interviews, images, reviews, etc. from a plethora of reliable sources, which provide designers, beauty brands and fashion news.

The microsite is constantly updated with tweets, though, fashionistas who don’t have time to read the news as they come to the page, also can check on the updates by viewing daily archives. The tweets can be filtered by shows, designers, the scene and beauty categories.
