The glorious French brand Van Cleef & Arpels specializing at the finest jewelry, has launched its new fragrance Van Cleef & Arpels Oriens. The scent palette of the new product is not new, but the refined mixture of the fresh May aromas is never boring and it is more likely brings the spring back, than is simply repeating the past.
It has notes of raspberry, praline and black currant, and underlined by the middle aromas of jasmine and fresh-cut white flowers. And this all is mixed around the patchouli note. The great spring composition is created by Bernard Ellena.
According to the press-release, the scent is bringing “the ever-changing mystery and magic of the exotic silk route to Asia,” being “fruity floral chypre.”
The designer of the gorgeous flacon, Joël Desgrippes, created Oriens’ bottle on the basis of a ring design in Van Cleef & Arpels’ jewelry collection. It is decorated with a huge tourmaline in white gold on the top.
Van Cleef & Arpels Oriens can be purchased in 30, 50 ($110) and 100 ($150) ml Eau de Parfum as well as a body lotion bottle for $55 exclusively at Bergdorf Goodman and Neiman Marcus stores.
