Durex to Start «Virgin Diaries» Reality Show

Durex has launched a new website in Germany tackling some very sensitive issues with youth. Love-Box is not only focused on getting youth sharing with each other on intimate questions about sexuality but also creating an awareness for the subject and allowing for video auditions to be uploaded for the upcoming reality show “Virgin Diaries.”

The current social media campaign, created by PHD of Frankfurt and HW-Consulting in Munich, comes after a similar blast with television commercials and print ads. The project uses the website, SchüelerVZ, Facebook, and Twitter to spread its’ messages of contraception.

At the German internet location, viewers are greeted by the question “Have you ever done it?” setting the stage for an experience of personal thoughts and feelings about a subject that is taboo most everywhere else. These private queries lead down a path of whether a reader would be willing to unveil their first sexual experience on television or not.

At Love-Box, Durex, along with the music channel Viva, are searching for young people willing to participate in the reality documentary about contraception. Youth up to the age of 25 may apply by submitting a video through the website before July 12th.
