YSL Produces a Limited Edition Facebook-inspired Eyeshadow Palette

Female Facebook fans will soon be able share their passion with others not only online but demonstrating it right on their faces and in a handbag.

Yves Saint Laurent, a brand that is in the process of changing its name to Saint Laurent Paris, has released a a Facebook-inspired limited edition eyeshadow palette named ‘Pure Chromatics Devoted To Fans.’

The enameled case is made in a Facebook-blue and labeled ‘Devoted to Fans YSL #1.’ It features four shades including a bright blue, white, black and lavender-grey, along with a mirror and two double-pronged mini-applicators.

Damien Vincent, Commercial Director of Facebook France commented: «We are honored that a prestigious brand such as Yves Saint Laurent resumes Facebook color codes to launch a unique product destined for his fans.»

Only 1,650 of shades were produced, says Kiss and Makeup. They will be available on YSL’s Facebook page at £39 starting July 19.
