Fans can register and play an online game at CBS.com/7UP that will give them the opportunity to win a ‘Survivor Trip of a Lifetime’.
The 7UP green glass bottle was featured in the reality show that started to air last week. 7UP fans are invited to play Survivor Hangman, which is the show-tailored kind of the classic Hangman game in which people have to solve a message in a bottle. Gamers will be able to win an adventurous trip for them and their seven friends during a sweepstake. They can increase their chance to win by sharing the game with their social networks as a ‘message in a bottle’ of their very own.
Additionally, 7UP packaging will feature the ‘Survivor’ logo and information on the initiative for limited time.
“7UP, the original Uncola, has always been proud to offer consumers a taste of its independent, adventurous spirit,” said Dave Falk, director of marketing for 7UP in a statement. “Through our partnership with ‘Survivor,’ we’re bringing that sense of adventure directly to our fans and giving them a chance to become part of the tribe.”
Last year, PepsiCo started to produce the new 7Up EcoGreen bottle.
