Lipton Ice Green Tea Project Lands in Brisbane and Melbourne

Back in March 2011 we announced the launch of Lipton Ice Green Tea art project uniting the renowned street artists of Australia for the purpose of coloring up the life of local communities on this continent. So, two months ago the initiative started in Sydney, where the local artist Jeremy Hession and Melbourne-based Andrew Bourke created their mural to refresh and add color to the face of the city.

The next stops of the project initiatied by the brand of refreshing tea were scheduled in two more big Australian cities—Brisbane and Melbourne. The outcomes of this creative collaboration are displayed in the videos below:

Interestingly, not only did the artists use a great variety of colors in their pallete (which, as we can see in the videos above, they mixed with a kitchen blender), they also applied grass to add the feeling of structure to their murals.

In the eve of the hot summer season, Lipton Ice Tea has rolled out a new TV advert entitled ‘Join the Dance’ featuring Hugh Jackman and showcasing how a sip of refreshing ice tea may affect your hot summer day and turn it into an unforgettable experience featuring mass dance, dancing fruit and even beach furniture. See below.
