Microsoft is focusing on businessmen in its latest campaign, aimed to promote MS Dynamics, a family of EPR and CRM software applications for business. For the new multi-media effort, which is rolling out across the U.K., the computer giant has teamed up with international business analyst The Economist Group and London-based media communication agency UM London. They helped the company launch a new competition, which seeks new creative minds in the U.K. business field.

The campaign, which launches today, February 13, reveals the parallels between the positive change brought to enterprises through MS Dynamics and the factors that are behind these improvements. As part of the campaign, which includes outdoor, online and advertising in the national press, Microsoft and The Economist Group are launching a new competition titled “Change Masters,” designed to discover U.K. businessmen, who with their game-changing decisions help their enterprises rocket to success. In the end of the competition, Microsoft will host an award ceremony in Central London to celebrate the outstanding leaders and their business visions.
“The ‘Change Masters’ competition will celebrate UK talent and innovative thinking. We highly value the relationship the Economist Group has fostered with Microsoft and look forward to seeing this exciting campaign unfold,” explained Economist Intelligence Unit research editor Zoe Tabary.
“At the heart of every business are the people who make things happen. Microsoft Business Solutions unlock their potential,” says Microsoft about its line of products for business, inviting users to explore solutions tailored for a range of business needs as well as to see how companies manage to unleash their potential using MS’s apps. So far, there are no details about the competition at the online destination, but they are sure to be unveiled there soon.
Meanwhile, Microsoft is also revolutionizing digital tablet advertising. The tech giant’s latest OS, Windows 8, has become the platform for the launch of four new in-app tablet innovative ad campaigns by Windows 8 advertisers, Delta, Jeep, Ford and Paramount. According to Adweek, “executives hope will serve as a model for a new form of creative, engaging, touch-oriented advertising.”
