Miss Dior is spreading the spring and feminine spirit with its latest “La Vie En Rose” advert. It is the second time Sofia Coppola and Hollywood A-lister Natalie Portman have collaborated on a commercial for the perfume brand, with the first spot launched back in 2011. To highlight the sweet and romantic atmosphere, the ad features a plethora of white, cream, red and pink roses just everywhere.

As a soundtrack, the commercial uses a modern version of Edith Piaf’s legendary song “La Vie En Rose.” In the ad, the actress, who became Miss Dior’s face two years ago, is living the life of a girl in love—she is flying around here and there in her gorgeous Dior dresses, playing in a fountain, lying on a couch and green garden grass, casting romantic looks, and of course is getting kissed many times by a handsome man.

The “La Vie En Rose” advert for Miss Dior in many ways mirrors the story, outlined in the first Coppola-Portman commercial for Miss Dior Cherie, but it is obviously a sweeter, sugar-coated version. The new ad appeared on the web last week, but it first aired on TV in the U.S. on Sunday, during the Oscars.

Prior to the launch of the ad, Dior posted a series of teasers to its official YouTube page. The four short videos feature behind-the-scenes footage from the clips and go with the descriptions, which end with the same phrase, “Life is rosy in her eyes: la vie en rose.” Plus, the online video channel also features an interview with Natalie on the Spirit of Dior, the Woman and on collaboration with Coppola. The spots invite viewers to visit the La Vieen Rose the Film website, which showcases content related to the latest commercial and tells how the perfume was born.
