PepsiCo Employees Are Living the Promise in the New Corporate Blog

PepsiCo has opened a new blog dedicated to giving their employees a voice. The new hub titled Living the Promise will give the soft drink giant’s employees an opportunity to share with the world thoughts, projects and innovations.

PepsiCo got employees involved on social networks 2 years ago with the launch of a room on the site FriendFeed. Since then, the company has encouraged employees to attend one of the top digital festivals, South by Southwest, then to share their experiences on PepsiCo’s blog SxSW.

The blog will serve as a window into PepsiCo and what they do there. Whether an individual is considering employment with the company or simply trying to understand new technologies, they will all find the blog valuable.

Living the Promise means more than simply believing in the PepsiCo values,” as stated by Josh Karp, Senior Manager, Digital Media Communications at PepsiCo, on the employee blog. “To us, as PepsiCo employees, it’s about being given the opportunity to live and breathe innovation; to try new things.”
