PepsiCo Sets a Green Example for the Youth

PepsiCo knows how to make soda and how to recycle the cans and bottles left after it is drunk. Actually, not only these things can be given the second life. To prove this to the young generation the company invited Girls in the Game to visit the PepsiCo Sustainability Center in Chicago on the last day of the National Recycling Week (9-15 November).

The young ladies from the organization, which teaches the girls to lead a healthy life, toured the center, learned about careers in environmental science and promised to help protect the environment. The PepsiCo brand hopes that the excursions will be useful for youngsters and will show them that big production doesn’t necessarily mean huge wastes.

The bigger, the greener, says the brand. It’s high time to change the colors of the logo to just one — green.
