One of most impressive events at CES 2013 was Samsung’s creative and innovative presentation of the company’s content sharing solution AllShare. To demonstrate the possibilities of the technology, which allows users “to wirelessly and seamlessly stream video, photo and music across all Samsung smart devices,” the brand used the most effective approach, the video performance created using the AllShare service.
For the event, Leo Burnett developed a crowdsourced film experience titled “We AllShare,” which “turns the Samsung technology story into a human story.” The brand called people from all around the globe to share their own personal moments via Twitter and Instagram using #weallshare (the submissions can be found on the digital map on the page of the project). The crowdsourced content was used “as fodder for the live film premiere,” which can be now watched here.
For the one-of-a-kind live event, the brand has installed a hexagon-shaped stage with 26 Samsung screens, which worked as one multi-sectioned display. Using 24 mobile devices, which served as audio and video controllers, activated by the fingers of just one person, the great story was told. You can also watch the trailer of the film above, before skipping to the recoded version of the performance at CES 2013.
