Pepsi Asks Italian Youth to Create Inspirational Ad for the «Refresh Your World» Campaign

Pepsi is crowdsourcing ideas for its new Italian TV ad through the MOFILM platform, the popular destination for those who love sharing their creative talent with global brands. The release of the commercial will support the upcoming launch of the global “Refresh Your World” campaign in Italy (“Migliora il tuo mondo”).

The brand is asking Italian creatives aged 16-25 to shoot a 30-second video, which will encourage teens and young adults to participate in the campaign and develop their own ideas on how to improve their communities. The tone of the commercial can be lyrical or humorous and not very serious—the main point is that it should engage youth into the new initiative and drive them to the www.migliorailtuomondo.it website, the online home of the campaign. The video can be in English or Italian and feature Pepsi Can, Pepsi Claim “Refresh Your World” and a call to action.

The works are to be uploaded to the website by October 11, then the public will vote for the best entries, shortlisted by the jury, and select the three finalists, which will be invited to the MOFILM Awards at the International Rome Film Festival, which wil be running from October 28 through November 5, to be present at the official announcement of the winner.

The grand prize winner will be unveiled at MOFILM Awards in Rome and will get a round trip airfare for him/ her plus his or her guest to the Italian capital from a major airport, 4 day / 3 night accommodation in Rome and €10,000 cash. The second and third place winners will be named at the same event and get €2,000 2 and €1,000 cash prize correspondingly.
